All of To Our Children's Future With Health’s community development programs focus on providing comprehensive services to youth and adult populations through collaborative efforts.

The Community Development Division uses the community collaborative building model to construct a powerful consortium of community residents, agencies and institutions. TOCFWH facilitated the establishment of and manages both the Haddington Community Health Project Collaborative (HCHP) and Nicetown-Tioga Improvement Team–State Health Improvement Partnership of more than 140 collaborative members.  These initiatives operate through the formation of subcommittees comprised of community-based agencies, hospitals, universities, schools, churches, elected officials, block captains, residents, youth, and families.
